Debt Classification

According to art. 12 of the Budget Code of Ukraine, the Debt classification systematises information on all debt liabilities of the state, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, regional councils, and city territorial communities.

Debt is classified by:

by creditor type;
by debt liability type.

The Debt classification was approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine dated 14 January 2011, No. 11 “On Budget Classification” and is available through the public API (Application Programming Interface).
